Why 3 *? I have ordered Texas Chili Beef because there was no mention of "penne" and I did not feel like pasta... was I wrong... the chili came with "penne"... strike one
To be honest both the pasta and sauce were quite nice however, I wish there was more sauce (or less pasta)... strike two
